What is The Daily Workout?

The Daily Workout is a web and mobile delivery system for video based health and fitness workouts. The platform is available for license as a complete turnkey, white-label service leveraging our own comprehensive exercise library and workout schedule (described below) or can be fully customized with your own proprietary video content, workout schedule, and log metrics.

The turnkey Daily Workout program is an easy-to-use, daily roadmap for achieving better health and the lean, strong body we all yearn for. It is a simple but highly effective strength training and cardio program that is relevant regardless of age, fitness level, experience or goals.

The Daily Workout promotes circuit training in combination with functional strength, core and cardio exercises to yield optimal health and fitness results.

The Daily Workout rotates through a 4 phase cycle over the course of 48 weeks which keeps the workouts varied and challenging. Each phase varies the number of reps and rounds of daily exercises. However, the key to the Daily Workout’s effectiveness is that the cardio component of circuit training promotes use of lighter weight, reducing risk of injury and improving overall long term results.

The Daily Workout incorporates over 450+ videos featuring A.C.E. certified trainers who demonstrate and explain how to properly perform each exercise.

In the "Log" and "Results" sections of the Daily Workout, subscribers can log and graphically track their progress for current versus target body weight, body fat %, and workouts completed. By following the Daily Workout and eating a sensible heart healthy diet, we believe anyone can reach their ideal weight and body fat percentage.
